About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our existing Health Mart Atlas members, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your expertise in customer service, communication, and time management will be essential in delivering high-quality support and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently Make outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, return voicemails, and participate in call campaigns Conduct research within internal systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and provide value-added support to our members Provide excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills to ensure seamless issue resolution and high customer satisfaction Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our value proposition is clearly identified and communicated to members, including contract updates, industry news, and trends Once tenured in the role, serve as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 3+ years of related experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. You should have excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide value-added support to customers Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, preferably with knowledge of Managed Care and PBM contracts Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $17.63 - $29.38 per hour, as well as opportunities for annual bonuses and long-term incentive compensation.
