This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt.
Duties
Ā Answer and respond to incoming participant phone calls, voice mails and emails
Ā Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
Ā Complete other projects as assigned by Director or Supervisor
Ā Review and approve reimbursement claims
Qualifications
Ā Have strong typing and 10key skills
Ā Have excellent customer service skills
Ā Be highly motivated
Ā Have positive attitude
Ā Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
Ā Ability to work well within a team
Ā Spanish speaking useful
Education and Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
