**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to and resolve inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
* Meet performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
**Requirements**
* 1 year of recent call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* 6 months of previous remote work experience, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Bilingual Spanish proficiency required; complete Bilingual Spanish Test and Basic computer assessment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
