**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers through a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries
* Resolving escalated or complex customer issues in a fair and empathetic manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Providing product and service knowledge to customers, including features, benefits, and usage
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and productivity tools
* High-speed internet access (15 Mbps or higher)
