**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Receiving and documenting customer concerns accurately and in a timely manner

* Inputting accurate trip data into systems, ensuring seamless data management

* A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

* Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members and colleagues
* Ability to type 35wpm or more, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
