**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. **Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to ensure clients understand their funding options and application processes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently with a positive and empathetic approach.
* Assist clients with their loan applications and help them navigate resources, explaining product benefits clearly.
* Gather customer feedback and relay it to the team for service and product improvement.

**Requirements**
