About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time, hourly position. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with our valued customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate order transactions. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers via phone, email, or online chat to provide an outstanding experience through timely and precise communication. Collect and enter orders for our products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Field customer questions and concerns, taking appropriate actions to develop resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage the flow of sales orders for internal sales partners, confirming accuracy and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external organizations. Maintain customer records in our CRM and other business systems, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information. Assist with various projects and other duties as needed, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to contribute to the team's success. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: An Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven customer support experience, with the ability to adapt and respond to different situations. A professional, outgoing, and service-oriented approach, with a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a B2B setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems. Familiarity with Zendesk and Asana. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate: Excellent communication skills, including active listening and attention to detail. A service-oriented approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems. The ability to learn from and adapt to customer service trends, based on customer communication and feedback. A calm and professional demeanor, with the ability to navigate various sources of information to assist customers with product inquiries and ensure accuracy of purchase orders.
