**What's the Role About?**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Serving as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
* Processing requests for initiating or terminating services
* Handling requests for service reconnections and coordinating with field teams to restore service promptly
* Providing exceptional customer service by addressing billing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
* Guiding customers through the application process for assistance
* Maintaining a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
* Explaining charges and account balances
* Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms
* Helping customers set up payment plans
* Negotiating terms to ensure affordability and compliance
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
* Striving to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics
* Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes
* Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

**Qualifications:**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* To be at least 18 years of age
* To reside in California
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Prior experience in customer service is mandatory

* Computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
