**Job Summary**

We're looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist – Energy/Utility who can perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you'll be responsible for processing data from various utility bill providers, maintaining productivity and quality standards, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform data entry from various utility bill providers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance and quality
* Maintain productivity and quality standards, meeting deadlines and targets
* Collaborate with the team to resolve customer service issues and respond to requests
* Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, using excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Simplify policies and regulations, making them easy to understand for customers and colleagues
* Assess customer service issues, determine the proper course of action, and respond rapidly to requests
* Work independently, think critically, and prioritize multiple tasks while working under pressure to meet deadlines

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BTech, BSc, BCom, or Post-Graduate)
* Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
* Excellent English language reading and comprehension skills
* 1+ years of experience in data entry processing in the utilities/energy field

**Competencies**

* Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify policies and regulations
* Ability to assess customer service issues, determine the proper course of action, and respond rapidly to requests
* Flexible and capable of working collaboratively in a team environment
* Sound judgment and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential data
* Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly

* Remote work arrangement, with the ability to work from home or a designated remote location
