As a Remote Chat Agent, you will be responsible for responding to and engaging with inbound chat and text messages from customers, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses, and identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages from customers * Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries and concerns * Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt * Identify and report system errors or anomalies * Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty * Operate within multiple software platforms **Education & Skills Required** * Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles * Must have access to high-speed internet * High school diploma or GED * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in multiple software platforms **Work Schedule** Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of schedules to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support 24/7.
