As a key member of our customer support program, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities As a customer service representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for * Providing proactive and professional support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email * Identifying root causes of customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently * Scheduling appointments for customers and maintaining accurate records * Utilizing customer relationship management tools to research inquiries and document customer interactions * Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems * Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service * Exhibiting a positive attitude and bringing enthusiasm to work each day * Demonstrating excellent attendance and teamwork skills Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need * Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, with clear diction, tone, and proper grammar * Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers * Effective communication skills to interact with customers, management, and coworkers * Proven record of great attendance and demonstrating skills as a team player * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Technical Requirements As a remote 1099 independent contractor, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements * Two screens (two monitors or one monitor and one laptop) * Windows 10 or 11 Home or Pro OS desktop or laptop (no Macs or Chromebooks) * Hardwired internet connection directly to router (no wireless) * High-speed internet with a minimum of 45 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload * Working computer camera * USB or wired headset with volume control and mute function Compensation and Benefits As an careerzynith 1099 independent contractor, you'll enjoy * Competitive hourly rate of $14.00 per hour (production) and $12.00 per hour (training) * Flexible schedule with Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM work hours * 10-day training program with Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM hours * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, referral program, vision insurance, and work-from-home options Why Join careerzynith?
