**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
* Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers by thinking critically and providing solutions that meet their needs
* Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while interacting with customers
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
**What You'll Need:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to think critically and problem-solve
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
* Ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
