**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* **Delivering Exceptional Customer Service**: Interact with customers in a kind and useful manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and dedication.
* **Anticipating Customer Needs**: Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we have inconvenienced a customer.
* **Maintaining a Safety Mindset**: Working each and every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards.
* **Navigating Challenges**: Being steady yet adaptable, maintaining composure and managing issues while not taking customer frustration personally.
* **Collaborating with Colleagues**: Working collaboratively with others, supporting your colleagues, and helping them be successful with new processes and technologies.

**Qualifications**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
* **Age Requirement**: You must be at least 18 years old.
* **Comfort with Technology**: You should be comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
* **Physical Ability**: You must be physically able to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage.
* **SID Badge**: You must be able to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
* **Work Authorization**: You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
* **Attendance and Uniform Standards**: You must be able to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards.
