**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Proactively greet and engage with guests, offering assistance and advice on our products
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and applications
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and gift card transactions
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to careerzynith's high standards of customer service and store appearance
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for guests
* Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that our products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer feedback

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education in a related field an asset
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
