Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Attorney Requirements: β β’ Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of California β’ Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience inCommercial/Business Litigation β’ Drafting (contract revisions; pleadings; motions/responses; discovery; anything else during the lifecycle of a case) β’ Research projects (high-level) β’ All general back-end production β’ Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines β’ Self-starter and able to work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at $85/hour.
