As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to patients via phone, ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications * Resolving patient inquiries and concerns in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * Utilizing strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to patients * Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of patient issues **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate and up-to-date information on prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage * Utilize strong communication skills to empathize with patients and provide personalized support * Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of patient issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application * Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** blithequark requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Training Schedule** Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Training will take place Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST. **Schedule Availability** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work overnight shifts from the comfort of your own home in Illinois. Your schedule will be Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST, with an 8-hour shift assigned to you 5 days a week. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $17.02 Maximum: $27.16 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
