**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients via inbound calls, addressing patient inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing timely solutions. * Provide exceptional customer service to patients via inbound calls, demonstrating empathy and understanding
* Address patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide timely solutions
* Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and ensure seamless patient support
* Collaborate with our team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and patient care
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of our systems

**Requirements**
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* 6+ months of high-volume call center experience
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
* Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
* COVID-19 vaccination requirement (subject to applicable laws and accommodations)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6 months of experience handling complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
**Skills and Competencies**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
