They are seeking a Senior Infor CloudSuite Industrial Financials Lead to oversee ERP migrations and harmonization efforts across multiple business units, ensuring financial integrity and operational continuity.ResponsibilitiesServe as the CloudSuite Industrial Financials SME within the ERP COEDefine and enforce financial design standards, migration principles, and best practicesParticipate in ERP COE governance, including change control, release management, and solution approvalsBalance enterprise standardization with business unit–specific needs during migrationsAct as the financial lead for ERP migrations of business units into CloudSuite Industrial SaaSPartner with Finance and business teams to: Assess current-state financial processes and data Define future-state designs aligned to COE standards Identify gaps, risks, and remediation plansLead financial data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activitiesSupport parallel runs, cutover planning, and post‑go‑live stabilizationEnsure migrated business units adopt standardized chart of accounts, dimensions, and reporting structuresCreate reusable migration templates, checklists, and playbooks for future rolloutsOwn functional configuration for CSI SaaS Financial modules, including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets Cash Management Multi-site, intercompany, and multi-currency processingMaintain enterprise financial structures that support scale and future acquisitionsPartner with Finance leadership to align ERP migrations with accounting policies and reporting needsLead functional design decisions ensuring consistency across newly onboarded business unitsTranslate complex accounting and business requirements into scalable CSI SaaS solutionsProvide clear guidance to business unit stakeholders on standard vs configurable capabilitiesProvide senior-level support during migration cutover periods and financial close cyclesTroubleshoot complex posting, data, and reconciliation issuesCoordinate with Infor Support and vendor technical teams for migration-related issuesEnsure proper handoff to steady-state support after each migrationGovern financial reporting and analytics across migrated business unitsPartner on integrations using Infor OS, ION, and APIs, including banking, tax, and payroll systemsEnsure financial data integrity, auditability, and comparability across legacy and migrated entitiesContribute as the financial lead on enterprise ERP roadmap initiativesContinuously improve migration approach, tools, and documentation within the COEMentor ERP analysts supporting migration and stabilization activitiesDrive lessons-learned sessions after each business unit migrationSkills8+ years of experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial, including CloudSuite Industrial SaaSProven experience leading or supporting ERP financial migrationsStrong background in accounting, financial close, and reconciliationExperience working in an ERP COE, or shared services modelManufacturing industry experience supporting multi-site operationsDeep knowledge of CSI Financial architecture and posting logicStrong analytical skills for data validation and reconciliationExperience with Infor OS, ION, and integration frameworksFinancial reporting experience with Power BI, Birst, etcAbility to lead migrations across diverse business units with differing maturity levelsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable driving decisions in ambiguous or transitional environmentsHigh standards for documentation, governance, and process disciplineDeep understanding of CSI operational data structures and transaction flowsStrong functional knowledge of Production, Inventory and warehouse managementStrong analytical skills for operational data analysis and troubleshootingExperience with Infor OS, ION, and operational integrationsReporting experience with Power BI, Birst, etcAbility to lead migrations across diverse business units with differing maturity levelsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable driving adoption of mobile technologies on the shop floor and in warehousesHigh standards for documentation, governance, and operational disciplineBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience supporting acquisitions or divestituresCPA, CMA, or formal accounting backgroundExperience supporting audits and internal controls during ERP transitionsPrior role as ERP Financial Lead, or Solution OwnerBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, FSA, HAS and 401(k) Plan with company contributionsMaking NexGen Products - Cooling the World’s Ever Expanding Data CentersAirconditioned work environmentBenefits start day one401K matchFirst year, 4 weeks’ vacation (accrued)Company OverviewNortek Data Center Cooling is a manufacturer of data center cooling technology.
