**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Outdoor Living Solutions**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bartlesville, OK. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, and resolution to client inquiries or issues. **Job Summary** In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by: * Assisting customers with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems * Entering orders into our system for billing and delivery * Preparing quotes and coordinating mailings of literature and samples * Coordinating delivery schedules with dispatch * Retrieving needed information for our credit department * Issuing credits or debits accurately when applicable * Setting up new customers for our sales force * Answering incoming calls * Taking sales orders from sales representatives and customers by phone, fax, and email * Running credit card and check approvals * Categorizing, filing, and maintaining paperwork for audit purposes and filing all customer records * Printing and distributing e-mailed customer purchase orders * Performing other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job as needed **Job Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * A high school diploma or equivalent, or comparable related experience * Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy * Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills * Experience with a multi-line phone system * A pleasant phone personality and ability to multi-task * Ability to sit for extended periods of time and perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer and keyboard * Bending and some lifting * Extensive writing and phone use * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks **What arenaflex Offers You** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion.
