Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns.
Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
Providing feedback on call issues.
Upselling if required.
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred.
To be at least 18 years of age.
Proven call center experience.
To be able to type 25 WPM.
Proficiency in PC operation and navigation.
Entry-level network troubleshooting.
The ability to set up home Wi-Fi network.
The ability to set up and configure a router or switch.
Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer.
The ability to work independently.
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
The ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
The ability to stay composed and objective.
Active listening skills.
