Senior Immigration Legal Assistant Contract/ Remote

BILINGUAL LEGAL ASSISTANT (CONTRACT POSITION)

Immigration Law | Remote | Spanish Preferred | High Hours Available

World One Law Group is seeking a highly organized, bilingual Legal Assistant to support our fast-growing immigration law practice on a contractor basis.

This is a high-volume role with substantial available hours for the right person.

We are looking for someone who is:

✔ Fluent in English and Spanish

✔ Able to handle emotionally sensitive situations professionally

THIS ROLE MAY INCLUDE:

• Client communication and follow-up

• Assisting with immigration intake

• Organizing case documents and evidence

• Helping prepare filing packets

• Scheduling and calendar coordination

• CRM and case management support

• Translating and communicating with Spanish-speaking clients

• Following up on missing documents

• Assisting attorneys and paralegals with active cases

• Helping clients navigate stressful immigration situations

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

✔ Prior immigration law experience strongly preferred

✔ Strong communication skills

✔ Comfortable speaking with clients by phone, text, and email

✔ Able to multitask and prioritize quickly

✔ Reliable and responsive during business hours

✔ Comfortable working remotely with systems and technology
