**What You'll Do in This Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Interacting with customers via inbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns
* Achieving specific support and resolution on every call, using script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs
* Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and services to provide accurate and helpful advice
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Your Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma and/or GED
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required)
* Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
* The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
