Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
ā¢ Handson experience in prompt design and optimization for LLMs
ā¢ Strong understanding of NLP concepts and generative AI behaviour
ā¢ Experience evaluating and validating AIgenerated outputs
ā¢ Ability to translate functional or business requirements into precise AI instructions
ā¢ Familiarity with Python, REST APIs, or AI SDKs
ā¢ Strong written communication and technical documentation skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
ā¢ Design, develop, and refine prompts to elicit reliable and highquality outputs from LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA)
ā¢ Apply and experiment with prompting techniques such as fewshot prompting, chainofthought, rolebased prompts, and structured outputs
ā¢ Optimize prompt formats, structures, and parameters to improve model accuracy, consistency, and relevance
ā¢ Evaluate LLM responses for correctness, relevance, bias, hallucination, safety, and compliance with usage guidelines
ā¢ Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate prompts into applications, APIs, workflows, and automation pipelines
ā¢ Build and maintain reusable prompt libraries, templates, and bestpractice standards
ā¢ Document prompt strategies, experiments, evaluation outcomes, and optimization learnings
ā¢ Support promptplusdata approaches including RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and finetuning where applicable
ā¢ Monitor model updates and adapt prompt strategies as model behaviour evolves.
ā¢ Ensure prompts and generated outputs align with ethical guidelines, responsible AI principles, and business policies
