**Job Description:**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Answering phone calls, text messages, emails, and voice notes left in the mailbox of the Nutiliti application
* Responding to customer inquiries about billing, regulations, payments, and the functioning of the application
* Directing customers to the appropriate department when necessary
* Providing clear and concise explanations of processes and steps for the Nutiliti application
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
* Collaborating with the Nutiliti team to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 1+ year of experience in the Customer Service area
* Advanced English language skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in using various communication tools and software

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer service software and tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
