Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
Ā Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Ā Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience.
Ā Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Ā Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required.
Ā Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
Ā Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
Ā Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services that meet customer needs.
Ā Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Ā Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
Ā Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
Ā Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and effectively.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ā Proficient in computer usage with experience in office software applications.
Ā Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
Ā A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.
