**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you will have the opportunity to work from home and directly assist families and schools participating in the scholarship program. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to incoming calls related to student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status
* Ensuring that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered
* Providing empathetic, personable, and compassionate support during sometimes difficult or tense situations
* Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
* Maintaining accurate records and providing detailed information to callers
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes

**Qualifications**
To excel in this role, you will need:
* At least one year of customer service or call center experience
* English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience
* The ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult or tense situations
* Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and the ability to multitask
* Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation
