**The Opportunity:**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our sellers and customers who have placed orders through our exchange. You will take calls and respond to emails, addressing a wide range of event and order-related questions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that we provide top-notch service to both our sellers and customers, setting careerzynith apart in the live event industry.
**How your role expectations will progress as a Customer Service Representative in the first 30, 90, and 180 days:**
### 30 Days In:
* Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources needed to understand how careerzynith operates and the live event industry.
* Learn about ticket marketplaces and your role in providing exceptional experiences for our customers.
* Gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.
### 60 Days In:
* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
* Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.
* Navigate order queues and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.
### 90 Days In:
* Play an active role in continued learnings to advance your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals.
* Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

+ 3:30pm-12:00am, with Wednesday and Thursday off
+ 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility
* Bi-annual bonuses
* Annual equity grant
* Overtime eligibility for any hours worked over 40/week
