**Your Role as a Customer Service Representative**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in managing transactions and relationships with our sellers and customers. You'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service and support to ensure that every interaction is a positive one. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Investigating instances where customer experience has been affected, determining fault, and resolving issues fairly and constructively
* Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers, providing guidance and support as needed
* Navigating order queues to provide real-time assistance and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service
**Your Journey with careerzynith**
As a Contact Center Representative, your role expectations will progress as follows:
* **30 days in**: Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources needed to succeed in your role. Learn about careerzynith's operations, the live event industry, and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
* **60 days in**: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine fault, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, providing guidance and support as needed.
* **90 days in**: Play an active role in continued learnings to advance your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls, monitor open and pending orders, and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

* **Office Location**: Coppell, TX
* **Work Schedule**: Hybrid model, with 3 days in office and 2 days at home. Hours:
+ 2:30pm-11:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off
+ 3:30pm-12:00am, with Wednesday and Thursday off
+ 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off
* **Compensation**: $40,000 base salary, with overtime eligibility, Bi-Annual bonuses, and annual equity grant
