Experienced Customer Service Representative – Medicaid and Medicare Support
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional telephone assistance to careerzynith Medicaid and Medicare members and providers. You will be responsible for addressing a variety of inquiries, including eligibility verification, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs.
* Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for callers.
* Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals.
* Communicating effectively with members and providers both orally and in written form.
* Maintaining high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you must:
* Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
* Be able to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form.
* Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals.
* Be self-sufficient and capable of working from home, as well as commuting to the office in Charleston, WV, when necessary due to technical issues.
**Nice-to-haves**
While not required, experience with working remotely in a call center setting and experience with Medicaid and Medicare would be beneficial.
