**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at Mathnasium, your key responsibilities will include:
* Positively interact and engage with students and parents, building rapport, establishing trust, answering inquiries, and getting to know the families
* Conduct sales outreach via phone, email, text, lead follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into the program
* Data entry and spreadsheet management of all key sales and operational activities
* Conduct student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews
* Digital Marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on social media and website channels
* Support center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching
* Strong foundational math skills up to Algebra
* 2+ years of prior working experience in customer service
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task efficiently
* Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills
* Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable
* Availability to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday-Friday and Saturday from 9 AM-1 PM
