About the Role
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team of luxury fashion and e-commerce experts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our brand. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
Responsibilities
Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials. Guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
Post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping should be addressed and resolved.
Take advantage of a range of software tools to address client inquiries.
Help consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors.
Meet or exceed department goals and objectives, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, fashion trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
Work collaboratively with other teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay current with industry trends.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A passion for luxury fashion and e-commerce.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in software tools, including CRM systems and email management tools.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
Experience working with luxury brands or high-end fashion retailers.
Knowledge of fashion trends and styles, including current and emerging trends.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and online shopping systems.
Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, or Mandarin.
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:
Base pay ranging from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market.
Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
