* Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
* Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule visits, and offer promotions
* Reviewing customer feedback, both positive and negative, to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate support
* **Outbound Calls:** Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, schedule visits, and offer promotions
* **Quality Check:** Call customers from prior day for quality check
* **Maintenance Customers:** Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
* **Promotions:** Call on customer list to offer promotions
* **Reviews:** Follow up on reviews positive and negative
* **General Inbound Customer Service:** Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Previous Customer Service Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or live chat environment
* **Strong Attention to Details:** The ability to focus on details and ensure accuracy in all interactions
