The Quality Engineer will ensure high-quality experiences across various products and systems, engaging in both manual and automated testing while collaborating with multiple teams to enhance product quality.ResponsibilitiesPerform manual, exploratory, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across multiple products and systemsDesign, build, and maintain automated tests and quality tooling using Python and modern testing frameworksValidate functionality across web applications, APIs, backend services, blockchain infrastructure, and protocol-level featuresInvestigate issues across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and distributed systemsAnalyze logs, metrics, network traffic, and system behavior to identify root causes and quality risksCollaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycleContribute to release validation, test strategy, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement effortsLeverage AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate testing, automation, investigation, and overall quality engineering productivitySupport new products, features, and initiatives as business priorities evolveAssist with production investigations, incident analysis, and post-release validation when neededProactively identify quality gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve product reliability and testing coverageSkillsExperience testing blockchain protocols, Layer 1 networks, validators, nodes, wallets, smart contract integrations, or Web3 applicationsExperience testing trading platforms, exchanges, financial systems, or other complex distributed applicationsExperience with both manual testing and test automationProficiency in Python and experience developing or maintaining automation frameworks and toolingExperience with Playwright, Pytest, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or similar technologiesExperience testing and debugging REST, gRPC, WebSocket, or other API-driven systemsFamiliarity with blockchain transactions, wallet integrations, blockchain explorers, and smart contract interactionsStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills across multiple layers of the technology stackAbility to quickly learn new products, technologies, and domains with minimal guidanceComfortable contributing across different products, technologies, and layers of the stack rather than focusing on a single specializationStrong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive investigations from problem discovery through resolutionPractical experience using AI tools to improve productivity while applying sound engineering judgment and common senseStrong communication and collaboration skills when working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and challengesBenefitsCompetitive salary and INJ token award.Unlimited PTO.Equipment.Home Office Stipend.Flexible working hours.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain technology in the finance industry.Collaborative team culture with opportunities for professional growth and development.Global team meet ups.Company OverviewInjective Labs is a research and development company focused on creating unmatched Web3 infrastructure and finance solutions.
