You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues related to benefits, eligibility, services, and prior authorization requirements. Our ideal candidate is a customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. **Responsibilities** - Answering inbound member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc. - Providing accurate and timely information to customers, while also resolving issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner - Utilizing high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable, as Wi-Fi is not permitted - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences - Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals - Working from home and being self-sufficient, with the ability to commute to the office in Linthicum, MD when necessary **Requirements** - High school diploma or equivalent GED - Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form - Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences - Ability to work from home and be self-sufficient - Must commute to the office in Linthicum, MD when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience working remotely in a call center setting - Experience with Medicaid and Medicare - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being of our employees and their families.
