**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
* Quoting, taking payments, and processing policy changes with ease and accuracy.
* Answering questions about our products, pricing, and availability, ensuring that our customers have all the information they need to make informed decisions.
* Processing new applications and entering data into our system with precision and attention to detail.
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
* Process new applications and policy changes with ease and accuracy.
* Maintain accurate records and data entry.
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.

**Work Schedule**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 1 Saturday per month from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. We understand the importance of work-life balance, and we're committed to providing a schedule that allows you to meet your personal and professional obligations.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
* Strong customer service and organizational skills.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
* Previous insurance experience, with a Property and Casualty (P&C) License preferred.
* Ability to speak English; Ukrainian/Russian Language is a huge plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
* P&C License or willingness to obtain one.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
