About the Role: Customer Service Associate We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Kansas, Missouri, or Oklahoma. As a remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, responding to inbound telephone inquiries, and initiating and explaining the claims process.
