Our mission is to empower our team members to deliver exceptional service, drive innovation, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. **Position Overview** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders, categorizing calls, recording abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and performing other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, day shift position (7am CST - 10pm CST) with at least one weekend day.
