**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our utility and city services customers. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing excellent customer service to our utility and city services customers through phone, email, and online channels
* Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner
* Operating our customer relationship management system to accurately input personal, geographical, and incident-specific information
* Collaborating with different departments to ensure efficient resolution of service requests
* Working collaboratively with our teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to our customers
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with careerzynith policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* One year of experience in a general office environment
* Previous call-taking or customer relation management experience (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
If you have experience with Tyler Munis/ERP computer programs, you'll be at an advantage in this role. Additionally, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
