**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting patients in resolving billing issues, handling complaints, and setting up payment plans
* Documenting customer complaints and interactions in the appropriate systems
* Tracking trends in customer service encounters and recommending resolutions to the supervisor
* Providing training and support to new Customer Service Representative I colleagues
* Communicating and following up with stakeholders on customer service activities
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
* Up to 3 years of experience in revenue cycle functions within a healthcare setting
* Previous service or call center experience with strong customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
