**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across various communication channels, including voice, email, web chats, and texts. Your primary duties will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff across various communication channels
* Assisting students with inquiries related to admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid processes
* Scheduling patient appointments and managing registration using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
* Ensuring compliance with university policies and adherence to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
* Completing special projects and performing other duties as assigned
**What is Required (Qualifications)**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
* General knowledge of customer service principles and processes
* Proficient skills in complex problem-solving, active listening, and effective communication
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or within a team

* Associate or Bachelor's degree
* One year of customer service experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare

* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
