**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Home-Based Opportunity with arenaflex**

You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. **What you'll do** Here are the key responsibilities of the role: * Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets * Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations * Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations * Perform traveler check-in and boarding tasks (excluding curbside), correct oversold seat assignments, and issue upgrades * Issue vouchers and assist with coordinating traveler hotel facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinate refueling and re-energizing * Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/check * Work entry door scanner and related duties to include pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items and departure line models * Work jetways/spans for the purpose of boarding and deplaning travelers * Make boarding and departure gate announcements * Convey domestic/international flight records * Perform traveler service flight close-out methods * Accept, check, and label travelers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters * Maintain schedule of flight loading process * Perform customer service hands-on training * Process and complete credit card baggage transactions at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Assist travelers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling at ticket counters * Line up at ticket counter stands and ticket counters * Clear/confirm international records at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Accept and activate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations * Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or unaccompanied minors * Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements * Have regular and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any required overtime needs * Answer and assist during security and emergency situations * Provide interfacing traveler door information * Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's standards * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance guidelines * Complete task-related stages of training * Comply with applicable laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA) * Utilize various internal resources/frameworks including during customer interactions * Wear uniform as required by company policy * Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities * Depending on your airport size, you may also perform the following: + Perform Traveler Activity Control capabilities including air to ground communication along with Peak capabilities + Assist international travelers through customs/migration, including baggage re-check + Convey tickets, international flight reports, and customs/migration forms **All you'll need for success** * Least Capabilities: + Education and Previous Professional Training + Bilingual language skills required in certain areas + Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must meet FAA criminal history verifications to meet requirements for unescorted access awards to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identifications, if material + Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements + Must be approved to work in the U.S. * Favored Capabilities: + Training and Previous Professional Training + Working knowledge of Saber or other Traveler Service Framework + Past face-to-face Customer service experience + Working in a high-speed environment **What you'll get** Join the arenaflex family and take advantage of all we have to offer: * Medical benefits: On the very first day, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay well.
