As a Provider Services Representative, you'll work closely with healthcare providers, medical groups, and other medical facilities to coordinate and collect medical records. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, develop your skills, and make a real difference in the lives of our members. **Key Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls to Provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure seamless communication * Investigate, conduct research, and analyze Customer data for outreach and problem resolution * Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment * Provide problem resolution through effective communications (via phone and email) * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives * Work on projects of limited scope and complexity; generally follows set procedures.
