**Position Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to external producers/agents, processing Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification. You will also supplement the background check review and documentation process as needed. This is a remote position that offers an immediate start for the right candidate.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to external producers/agents, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification for external producers/agents to be eligible to market Medicare plans
* Supplement the background check review and documentation process as needed
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
* Experience in a production environment, preferably in a customer service role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and be compassionate with customers
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Proficiency in data entry and processing, with attention to detail and accuracy
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a call center or retail location, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
* Experience with Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification
* Familiarity with background check review and documentation processes
