In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries related to medical insurance. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries related to medical insurance
* Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
* Accurately documenting call content in real-time
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
**Schedule**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:
* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
* Rotating holidays as needed
**Compensation and Benefits**

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
