We're seeking a dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. **Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries
* Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
* Accurately document call content in real-time
* Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed support to customers
**Schedule**
* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
* Note: Rotating holidays as needed
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Pay: $16.20/hr

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting

* Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
