**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering and handling incoming calls from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices
* Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner or escalating to appropriate team members
* Adhering to and reinforcing careerzynith and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our callers
* Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1 year of customer service experience
* Ability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime based on business needs
* Ability to adhere to a pre-determined schedule, including planned rest and meal breaks
* Dedicated home workspace that is private, quiet, and free from distractions
* Ability to work with a set, pre-determined break and lunch schedule
* Strong PC skills with ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
* Strong communication skills with focus on professional demeanor and empathy
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Call center experience
* Call center experience in the healthcare industry
* Work from home (remote) experience
* Fluency in Spanish
