As a key member of our customer service department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, resolving complex issues, and utilizing our service recovery process to ensure customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to careerzynith members, resolving service inquiries and addressing complex issues
* Utilize the service recovery process to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
* Develop a deep understanding of careerzynith's products and services, including claims, enrollment, billing, and pharmacy services
* Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring seamless support for our members
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and careerzynith's products and services
* Identify process improvements and provide feedback to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
**Training and Development**
As a new hire, you'll receive comprehensive training and development to ensure your success in this role. Our 4-6 week paid remote training program will cover:
* careerzynith's products and services
* Customer service best practices
* Service recovery process
* Industry trends and regulatory requirements
* Team collaboration and communication skills
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of related customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to deliver high-quality service to careerzynith's members
* Advanced ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
* Ability to identify process improvements and provide feedback
* Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and respond well to a rapidly changing industry and operational environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Customer service experience in a healthcare-related setting
* Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulatory requirements
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
