* Provide accurate and timely information about medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions to help members better understand their coverage and options
* Offer solutions and support to members to improve their healthcare experience and outcomes
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to members
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance requirements in all interactions with members
