**Job Summary**

As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls from policyholders who are seeking assistance with their open enrollment inquiries. You'll provide timely and accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with us.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Answer inbound phone calls from policyholders in a high-volume call center environment
* Assist callers with their open enrollment inquiries, providing accurate and timely information
* Resolve issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Utilize knowledge of health insurance policies and procedures to address customer questions and concerns
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in the health insurance industry
* Knowledge of health insurance policies and procedures
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience with customer relationship management software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
