[Remote] FP&A Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GrowthZone is a fast-growing SaaS company dedicated to empowering membership-based organizations through modern software solutions. The FP&A Analyst will deliver financial insights to support decision-making and sustainable growth, collaborating with leaders across the business to enhance financial performance and forecasting accuracy.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and dashboards that provide leadership with clear, timely insights into company performance
• Analyze actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods to identify trends, variances, and key drivers, translating data into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate closely with department leaders to provide visibility into budgets and spending, answer financial questions, and support cross-functional reporting needs
• Own the 13-week rolling cash forecast, working in partnership with Accounting to ensure accurate and proactive liquidity planning
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic planning, building and maintaining financial models in Excel and our FP&A tool (Drivetrain)
• Analyze payments revenue and trends to support forecasting accuracy, pricing considerations, and product insights
• Support ad-hoc analyses that help leadership evaluate costs, identify growth opportunities, and understand the financial impact of strategic decisions
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Solid understanding of financial statements
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and presentations
• Experience in a SaaS or private equity-backed company
• Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Maxio, HubSpot, or Drivetrain
